This is the Developer Mode Apps and Connectors flow. Add Cooperly, sign in with your Cooperly account, approve scoped access, and use contextual chat from a grounded starting point.
What it does
The ChatGPT connector makes Cooperly context conversational. Instead of manually rebuilding the situation each time, a leader or operator can ask contextual questions, draft follow-up, and work through team-aware commands inside a familiar interface.
That makes it useful for quick operational support, contextual writing, and team-aware Q&A where speed matters more than a full custom workflow.
How context works
The foundation is permissioned Cooperly access: Cooperly remains the source of truth, while ChatGPT Apps and Connectors becomes the interactive surface that can request the right context on demand after the user signs in.
That is materially different from prompt stuffing. It means the app can stay grounded in live team data rather than a stale summary pasted in by hand.
What access looks like
The right model is authenticated access through Cooperly OAuth, with Developer Mode connector setup and explicit permissions around what ChatGPT can see.
That keeps the experience genuinely useful while avoiding the trap of a broad, blurry assistant that knows just enough to sound helpful but not enough to be trusted.
