The Partner-Assisted workflow

Each of our partners has their own way of working with clients. The only thing we ask is that you support the minimum required process around Cooperly, so the workflow meets our standards.

But it can be just one part of your overall delivery; it doesn’t have to be the only thing you do.

Rollout

  • kickoff + setup
  • onboard the team (why it’s not “HR surveys”)
  • agree how the manager responds to signals

Ongoing

  • Weekly (30–45 mins): review Pulse signals + decide what to address
  • Monthly (45–60 mins): Team Fundamentals review + action plan for the month based on Cooperly recommendations
  • Optional: quarterly “reset” session when the team changes

Revenue share (retention-based)

You earn a percentage of net annual subscription revenue for each active Partner-Assisted account:

  • Year 1: 20%
  • Year 2: 25%
  • Year 3+: 30% (caps at 30%)

This is designed to reward long-term retention, not quick referrals.

Payments: paid annually after the client’s invoice is paid, with a validation window for refunds/reversals.

FAQ

Can we charge our own service fee on top?

Yes. You sell your People Ops service; Cooperly is the system you run it on.

What if the client wants to continue without us?

If the account becomes self-serve, it no longer qualifies as Partner-Assisted, and revenue share pauses from the next renewal cycle.

When do we move to 25% and 30%?

At renewal time, provided the annual Partner-Assisted review confirms you’re actively running the workflow.

Do we get revenue share forever?

You keep earning while the client remains active and Partner-Assisted. The rate caps at 30%.
