Yes. You sell your People Ops service; Cooperly is the system you run it on.
If the account becomes self-serve, it no longer qualifies as Partner-Assisted, and revenue share pauses from the next renewal cycle.
At renewal time, provided the annual Partner-Assisted review confirms you’re actively running the workflow.
You keep earning while the client remains active and Partner-Assisted. The rate caps at 30%.
